We present full year blended ARPU data for 82 operators worldwide, 50 operators across Europe as well as 14 operators in emerging markets. We provide a breakdown of monthly postpaid and prepaid ARPU for 52 operators and analyse the contribution of non-voice revenues (including and excluding SMS) on average blended ARPU across the entire customer base. We measure the effect of 3G customers on blended ARPU and non-voice ARPU and continue our year-on-year ARPU comparison of mobile operator's ARPU performance highlighting the top and bottom 8 performers. A commentary is provided throughout on trends and market- and operator-specific factors that have influenced mobile operator ARPU.
